I'm thinking of buying some Toucan clear tail lights for my 2002 protege. The manufacture claims that the 2001 tail lights have a different mounting pattern...... does anyone know if this is true?? I'm under the impression that 1999 -2002 tail lights are the same with regard to fitment.

do a search or browse through the FAQ (link can be found on top of the page) next time, but there is absolutely no difference between the '99-'02 tail lights.

 

thanks for the response......I did read the FAQ but I thought it was unclear regarding the 2002 (if i'm not mistaken i thought it only mentioned 2001). Anyways thanks for the help.
