Question JDM Tail lights

Does anybody know if the JDM tail lights fit a U.S. spec P5 and if so how much do they run for?

If you go to www.tmc2.com they have a set of altezza taillights that are DOT approved and they don't look that bad either. I think they run around $240. Just thought you might be interested.

I think that P5's stock tail lights are just fine, all these are overkill in my opinion:

I think these lights are not very tastefull , i would rather the JDM lights instead , you get a lot more respect for having JDM products cause they are not accessible to everyone and you can't just go to the local ma and pa store and pick em up like rice cake parts .....

MAZDAJDM all the way ,, that may be my next custom licence plate

Sorry..but if someone is asking about JDM taillights, please don't bring up "altezza" taillights. Those have to be the UGLIEST taillights I have ever seen for a MP5.

DOT doesn't approve anything, SAE does... DOT writes the laws, simple as that

Damn those are ugly! Sheesh, you'd think at least someone would have some sense...

What would be oh-so-beautiful is a Black P5 (like mine) with smoked headlights (custom, Canadian, etc) and smoked tail lights, maybe along with some black wheels. That'd kick some major ***, no?

It's looks like the tailend of the silver P5 has a serious case of warts and pimples. The ones on the blue P5 are better. Yet I think the stock ones on the P5 look the best, even better than those on the pre 2003 Familia S Wagon.

lights

Personally I would love to paint the turn and backup portions the same color as the body and then graft R34 skyline headlights upfront. or even graft skyline taillights to the rear. but right now trying to figure out the cost of going RWD with a 20B turbo. So far looking a little out of my budget.

Dude, no offence, but you sound like a f**king retard! If you wanna go do that s**t, go buy a f**king honda, watch F&F and go to f**king HIN!
BTW, youll NEVER get a 20B (or even a 13B) into a f**king P5. Even suggesting s**t like this makes you sound like a dumb-a$$ f**king ricer driving a 95 Plymouth Sundance with Wal-Mart "R Racing" stickers all over it!

THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK!
