tinted stock tails (3rd gen)
I know a few of you have tinted the stock tails on your third gens, and none of the old threads have pictures that work. I'm wondering if anyone can upload some pictures of these and let me know what kind of tinting stuff to use. I'm debating on whether or not to keep my CF euro clears or go with tinted stocks. :]

Here's a link to my pics (hope it works...never used an imagestation album before).

I used 2 layers of tinting paint. I wanted it to keep a visible redness to it, so that I wouldn't bait any cops.

Actually the cops don't really care as long as at night your brake lights show through, and no matter how dark you tint your taillights, they will.
Don't know if you guys have Lordco in the states, but that's where I picked up the spray that I used for my tail lights....
It's called something along the lines of 'Midnight Tint' and it says on there that it's for tail lights..... Cost only 12$ CDN
And I did 3 layers.
Deceptipro, how many layers did you do?

hey Deceptipro, thanks for sending me the pictures in email and posting them here. I'm gonna go try to find that shading stuff sometime, and see how my stock tails turn out with it. depending on how they come out, i might swap em back in and sell my cf euro clears... if anyone is interested in those, let me know! ;]
