I just got my glow kit installed yesterday and let me tell you it definately turns heads. One question though does anyone know the legality of these in Delaware??? I mean I drove past like 10 cops already and they don't do nothing so either they are legal or they aren't legal and the cops just don't care. They have more important things to worry about like what they want in there coffee and what kind of donuts they want. any replies are nice.

I put some Red Eurolite underglow on my car, and although it's allegedly the most illigal color of them all, I've had cops actually follow me (see thread "Talk about nice cops!") and had no problems. If you do get pulled over, just tell them you were just parked showing your buddies or something, and fogot to turn them off. If he's not in a bad mood, he should let you off.
