Question Stock Systems!

I was just wondering if anyone knows the total output (in watts, or watts per channel) of the stock sound system in a Protege ES-GT 2002.

Max power is 14 watts per channel. You can do a search and find the total spec of the factory deck in the FAQ

Which FAQ?

I found no specs for the deck in Edwin Man's FAQ...

When I benched mine in my shop, I only got 12 before I started to see distortion. The speakers are paper cones, even if from Pioneer. The headunit is a good signal source, just not a killer amp, but most headunits aren't really impressive in the amp department.
