stock h/u and subs

hey im about to put to 10's in my 2000 pro and im wondering if the stock h/u has pre out's to run to a amp .if not can i splice the back wires for the rear speakers and take a signal from that or will it loose some wattage going to those speakers?

no pre-outs.....

yes you can take the signal from the rear speakers.

if i take the signal from the back speakers am i gonna loose any wattage to those speakers?

get an inline converter from any car audio store and follow the instructions

I have a stock HU right now caz I havent got my alpine in yet and its running my 1200w fosgate amp an 2 12"JBL subs, used a line out converter hits as hard as it did in my old car with the preamps

thanks guys i got the line out converter and the subs go in on friday the 16th..thanks for ur help and ill post later to tell u how it worked out

I'll be puttin my alpine in later this week too, hopefully. I'm putting it in over the stock is because of the adjustments i can do(BBE that it has is awesome) not to mention I paid 300$+ for it so I wanna put it to use

SUBS ARE IN Boooo Yeaaaaa...2 10's running off just a 200 watt amp and they hit hard as hell....already setting off car alarms thanks for the advice about the line out converter guys
