Well I did this quite awhile ago, but agian have been lazy with pictures. And my pictures suck, cause I don't have a digi-cam. Oh well, you get the gist....

That looks sharp - no problems with paint chipping or anything?? What kind did you use?

I just used some Home Designs interior/exterior flat enamel aluminum paint. I'm sure most any kind of paint will work, I just used that one cause it matched my wheels the best. I just pulled my grills out, cleaned them very well, so the paint would stick. Its held up real good so far as far as chips and stuff is concerned. I mean, like any paint on the front of the car, you get chips, but this stuff is real easy touch up. If I get a chip, I just take a little of that paint, and put it on a brush. And since its a flat enamel, its real easy to blend, looks like nohting ever happened.
Thanks for the compliments, I really like this better than putting some chicken wire in there, and scrathcing the **** outta my paint. And I was actually thinking about doing red, but wasn't sure if it would look too tacky (heh I know its hard to say "too tacky" when talking about The Juggalo Wagon). I might draw it up in Fireworks, and see what it looks like.

that looks pretty sweet. I made my own out of mesh, and it was a pain. It came out pretty nice, though. I don't know how to post a picture of it, but you can see it at http://members.cardomain.com/jfanaselle
I took the logo off and painted the backing to it red before I re-attatched it, so it looks pretty sweet!

Okay so now I have to post a pic of my grill which I painted red. Actually it is only the bottom grill at the moment and I think it looks good. Sandman saw it the last time we met.

The reason I did not paint the top grill yet is really due to the fact that if I did not like it, I could simply change it back with less trouble.

So Sweedenhouse, you just painted the stock grill? Dude that has got to be the best lookin grill job i have seen on a P5. Geeez i think im gonna have to do that to mine. Good job!

That looks somewhat like a ketchup and mustard mobile. The P5 is hot, I don't know about the red grill though.
