Can i fit this in my '95 pro?

i don't want it to be too bright, either
some drivers will get pissed off if it's too bright.

anyway, should i get it?

Its a decent price, and you would pay about $30 for the same thing at any autoparts store. Though, they will not last long, and will burn out, so you will have to buy another set or slap the stock one back in. Good luck.

what's a good brand for a pair of head lights than? Will last for about 10k miles or more.

I think the bulbs for my car is too foggy and about to burn out
