Do you have to have to have the reinforcement bar when putting on MP3 Bumper is that just for Safety and Legal Purposes.

 

Well, if you don't want your bumper to fold inwards when you lean on it, you need it. I don't even think it will clear the grill opening onthe bottom if you keep your stock bar.

If you're going to do the conversion at all, do it properly.

 

Of course I am doing the complete conversion with bumper, bar, splash guards, grille, fogs everything I just wanted to know the importance of how much that bar measn to the bumper thats all
