Rear bumper guard

Rear bumper guard
Anybody install a rear-bumper guard for their Pro5 yet? Is it quality? Easy to install?? My pooch will be spending quite a bit of time back in the hatch, and I'd like to keep the claw marks off the bumper, if possible.

yup, put one on yesterday... it attached very easily to the rear bumber once you clean it off... it uses some double sided trim tape to stick it on there.... I am not sure of the grime that might get under it in the long run.
It seems on there pretty securely and covered the scratch I had put there loading some crap in (and not being careful) so I am happy with it. It is the gray plastic color that the interior is. I also think that it looks OK.

I'll try to get out there with the cam soon... need to find the missing CF card (I know I put it here somewhere)... then I might need to wash the car before taking pics of a grimmy vehicle... I only washed the area I was working on last night

Beautious. I've got my dealer shippin' me one of these along with a rubber cargo tray. Better safe than sorry...
Hey, Matthew -- your sig says you own a Midnight Blue P5, but unless I'm color blind, the pic is of a silver. What gives??

VaporTrails - Hmmmm.....sounds like a Rush fan to me!
The new album is pretty damn good, man. And I'm going to see them this Monday, July 15 - Jones Beach Theatre here on Long Island! It'll be my first Rush show - and I am psyched. My lady is a HUGE Rush fan - she got backstage a few years back on their last tour, and Neil Peart handed her a drumstick. Pretty cool.
Hope I'm right about the "VaporTrails" reference - otherwise this post was kinda silly .

I can't believe your wife's met the band ... I'd pay some cash for a drumstick used by Neil Peart - the magic wand of percussion!

Magic wand - you bet! Although, I always have to say that I have three favorite drummers, and Neil rates probably #3 on the list. #1 is Carter Beauford from Dave Matthews Band - say what you want about DMB, but Carter is GOD on the drums. #2 is probably Mike Portnoy from Dream Theater - and those guys LOVE Rush - they played a few tracks on the "Working Man" tribute album. #3 is Mr. Peart.
And man - if you are ever going to buy some Days of the New stuff - go for the Green album. All three albums are very different (which is something I really enjoy about them), but Green is like a dream on CD - all the tunes flow into one another, and the production is awesome. But I'd promote all three albums - Yellow, Green, and Red!
If you're interested, and have a decent internet connection (like cable or DSL or something), I can send you a few MP3's - try to whet your appetite a little to go buy a DOTN album!
And give Vapor Trails an honest try - it's a good record - oh, and so is Geddy Lee's solo project - "My Favorite Headache" - that's damn good album, too.
