rattles and shakes

i was wondering what your experience is with things shaking or rattling in your car, more specifically rattles in the dash or doors or things like that, in my mom's 99 protege on cold days there are lots or rattles and creaks but it's not so bad when it's warm, anyone have these kinds of problesm on newer models(02-03)?

if you mean while normally driving, the only thing that rattles on my P5 is my dashkit if i go over a series of fairly large bumps... if you mean while crankin up the tunes, my spoiler still rattles a bit, the rear bumper fenders rattle a bit, and the rear license place rattles a bit (i've already put sound dampener on all of em)... hope that helps!

I get a few rattles from various places every now and then...the driver side air vent, steering column, B-pillar, rear seat belt mecanism, doors, etc etc etc. The car doesn't rattle all the time, just under certain conditions so I'm not too worried about. It just pisses me off to no end sometimes. I've learned to live w/ it though.

I must be lucky, NO rattles or squeaks of any kind and I am extremely pleased because my previous 95 Saturn (and my wife's current 98 Saturn) just about drove me insane with rattles.

Bought a new 02 LX in May. I have about 8500 rattle-free miles of driving.

Warm weather plastic expansion is a wonderful thing (as apposed to cold weather plastic contraction.)

Try moving into a colder climate... then tell us how you like it!

Mine has a few rattles here, and there. Cold weather really brings them out, but nothing I can't live with.
