If I remember correctly, it does use peg holes to support them, so if you debadge it, you'll have to fill the holes or something....

do a search man

it's true bro...there will be two holes left to fill...unless your gonna remove them to paint them and then put them back on...all you have to do is let them sit in the nice Cali sun for a while and then carefully pull on one side and work your way across until you remove the badge...a heat gun will work also...thats what I did

the badges on the back hatch are held on with double sided tape, and have two alignment pegs that keep them straight when you put them on....

take a piece of dental floss or fishing line and work it behind the badge.....work it up and down like a saw...it will NOT damage the paint in anyway...but will cut through the double sided tape like a knife....once you have worked your way all the way acorss....gently pry the badge off.

as stated above....IF you are planing on removing them and leaving them off....there are going to be two holes left PER badge....and to have them PROPERLY filled, is to have them welded up, then the deck repainted.

good luck.

Hey guys thanxs for the help again, I debadge it that SIR NUKE told me too, it took me 1 hour, it only took that long because of all the extra double sided tape left on the car. I used car polish to get the rest of that stuff off, FAMILIA badge snapped on without a problem.

I knew it would....I have been contemplating getting one of them myself...have a buddy that already did and I knew the swap was seemless.
