Angry problem

Hey guys, just wonderin if you could help me out,

I don't have a picture but I hope you get the picture

I have a 2002 protege5, I have a ton of deep scratches on my front bumper, I really don't like the way the bumper looks now, I was just wondering if I would have to get it repainted or if a body shop could sand them down and paint just the scratches?

any thoughts

If you can see the plastic on your bumper, you will have to let a body shop fix it. That's really the only way. If you just notice scratches but they aren't that deep, you may be able to polish them out.
