Plastic inserts for interior

Im talking about the plastic parts like the center console, the door things that you hold to close, the visors (although they aint plastic) the plastic parts that go around the inside of your car by the windsheild and the back window and behind your seatbelts. ANYWAY (sorry bout that). I wanted to know if they ever made black ones for the 3rd gen. I need some. Thnx

Yeah i already painted them once. But they started chipin cause i didn't do such a great job. I asked if they ever made black inserts for a 3rd gen. It would be easier to just buy some new ones instead of sanding them and painting them again. Plus it wouldn't look as good as if they were made in black. And what the hell is SEM paint?

And who the F**K are you to come in here with this attitude and talk to me like im stupid.

By "SEM" paint he means SEM Bumper Coater. It is a urethane paint that is extremely durable and should solve your chipping problems.

As for the parts molded in black, you might want to check with a Mazda dealer's parts department (or online with a place like http://www.mazdastuff.com ).

As for attitude... anyone can come in here with that attitude and talk to you like you are stupid. In fact, they can call you stupid outright if they like.

However, I did not sense that in his response, so maybe it's something in the interpretation?

You answered your own question of stupidity here 99proES

Don't cry cause you can't read and got all hurt cause you used krylon. I gave you the answer and you obviously have not used the search button to find your answer. This has been a talked about topic on more then 5 threads since I started coming here.

First of all, i just didn't see the reason as to why you came in here with an attitude. IF you thought i was stupid why even respond.
Second, how the hell am i supposed to know the diffrence in paint? I don't paint **** all the time. And i used the paint some body at a hobby shop told me would be best. Some kinda vinyl paint.
And speaking of intellagince, i had said "i wanted to know if they MAKE the plastic panels" not "How do you paint or what kinda paint should i use." learn to read.

I know you have seen the thread on Painting your interior if not you should have done a search. Hobby shop and auto shop are on two entirely different worlds.
If you were smart enough you would have realized that since the late 80's that not many cars had Black on the interior at all 90% have gray. If you have not seen the black on the interior it is safe to assume that the only way you would get the black is from a special addition car that was wrecked in a junk yard not on a forum with new cars. Do the research that needs to be done before implicating I cant read. practice what you preach.
If you are hasty to sport some name calling then you better be prepared to back up your words.

(no attitude just talking in a come voice )

I was just asking a simple question. It wasn't a question on painting. I know how to paint the interior although i didn't know that sem paint would be better. I figured since vinyl paint was supposed to bond better and basically form to the plastic i would use that and it wouldn't crack or peel. I was wrong.
No i didn't know that about the black interior, i wasn't sure so i asked. I would have done a search but didn't know the right wording to put in the search. If i would have done a search on painting the interior i would have had to read about 10 full threads to find my answer. Also, P5 have a gray and black interior so i didn't know if they made a Pro with the black interior.
Thank you for answer my question about the black pieces though. I guess i will have to stick to painting it over. Do you have any suggestions on REpainting or do they have thread about that.
