Hey, demoninvictus...
My setup is just like yours.. a somewhat tangle of cables behind the seat and subbox with the subs pointed out. I don't keep grills on mine either, but I try to keep anything I don't need or is sub-damaging OUT of the trunk (who needs storage space?? That's why I got a truck). It's not made to be seen, that's for sure, but it definitely rocks the car. Pump up the volume!

The hole is for a fan. The fan is mounted in the rear conner. There is a hole that is only 2inches dia. on the other side on the front side conner lower section. Its purpose is to draw air accross the amp. I didn't want to take a chance of the amp getting to hot inside the box behind the plexiglass. Its just for my piece of mind. I am going to put a ring of carpet inside to make it match the rest of the box. 30lbs does not make much of a difference to me. If it was something I was tring to race every ricer in town, then I would gut the car to take away weight. My box only weights 100lbs or so, that only makes me looose about 2 or 3 hp, no big deal. Hell I weight 245 so think of the loss in HP then.

They are the Diamond Audio's crossovers to the component sets. Nice speakers!! Some of the best sounding speakers I have ever heard! The shop I worked at had the Bostons that I have in my car which WERE the best sounding, but then they got Diamonds which blows the Bostons away!!!

Wait, I don't get it. Why are there 4 boxes? How many component speakers are there in his car?
