Hi Guys.

I'm considering opening my APC clear tails and painting the inside black to match the colour of my car (I had carbon fiber tails before but the outter plastic was defective unlike the clear tails).

I have searched and found different methods: Setting oven to 175-200f and warming up the lights by the oven door for several minutes or using a blow dryer/heatgun to heat-up the silicone then prying the outter lens off.

Has anyone had success at doing any of the above methods?
