The grey bumper pad needs to go, or maybe get painted black...that would look better.

I think I'd just get rid of it. If you're really worried about the paint in that spot, get some ScotchCal or Ricochet...it's clear and protects really well.

I like the black painted bit on the bumper. I had thought someone should try that...I would have, but it would be sorta pointless on a black car

second pic looks very good You did a good job.
Have you thought about painting the bumper plate thingy the same blue as your car? I have a few scratches on my bumper, and I thought I would paint the plate if I ever ordered one? Just a thought. Now if you get a front lip you can leave it black

Looks good! For all that though, you should have just got the DGM carbon fiber rear cover! Just think, it's WAY more expensive, and looks just the same!
