P5 doesn't have enough depth?
I won't defend them for the bad data they have in thier system, but at least they have data and share it! Used to be you had to get your hands on the installers master book to find what fit, and what the stock wiring was.
The crutch has more data online than anyone else I know of, albiet some of it dead wrong. The comparison charts in the catalog for different hardware are very useful when shoping features.
For many folks with no other avenues to get the knowledge, or the products, or the harnesses, and want to upgrade, the crutch is a fine yuppie heaven.
Their prices are indeed high, but they are authorized dealers of what they sell, and back it up on the warrenty end. That and the overhead of keeping up the national presence and profile they do cost a fortune!
So- I will give them a touch of slack, or at least I just tried to for all the yuppie vermin out there who want to spice up their car audio a little, and try to do it themsleves.

To 1st MP3 in NH :
The '922 arrived today and it fits perfectly. To make things easier, the '619 plug is the same as the '922. So it was a matter of plug 'n play. Took me longer to program the unit that to swap it.
Since the board holding the controls flips down, I decided to install the pocket on top and the radio at the bottom. No big deal, it'll take a while to get used to that new configuration.
Here are the dimensions of the radio in case someone is facing the same dilemma:
178 * 50 * 165 mm or 7 * 1-15/16 * 6 1/2 inches (L,H,D)
Thanks!
