Well, I don't really classify these as "rice" (Lord knows what it even means exactly - and don't start... ) but they sure the heck are a "zero function" modification.



Hmmm, I suppose their function could be to enhance the size of the stock pedals to prevent that annoying problem of "pedal miss". You know, sometimes you go to accelerate, brake or disengage the clutch and you just end up missing the pedal and jamming your foot into the floor? No? Oh well, nevermind then.

I really bought them to match the rest of the interior trim now that I am painting it red. (Well, I'll finish it whenever Lordco gets more FM 8134 plasti-kote Colour Match paint! )

And let me say once again, "Damn those floormats are ugly!". I will get some new ones RSN.

I believe he said he was painting some of the interior trim red...and I believe if you look at his sig the trim around the HU is painted red

 

the pedals are nice.
i got yellow with silver myself (to match my p5)
if you want to protect the entire floorboard,
go to a hardware store and get a clear plastic mat and cut
it to size. its cheap and can be changed monthly if you sow desire.
keeps my carpet and factory mat super clean.
