Ok, I'm In Need Of Grill Help...

So, I decided to go for some mesh grills on my P5, and took my stock ones off. After seeing that I'll need to put the mesh on top of the existing ones, I went in search of materials to do so. I looked at Home Depot, Revy, Canadian Tire, and all I found was some $50 **** at Canadian Tire. I couldn't find anything good at Home depot or Revy. Are the AT grills any good? I want something with a really professional look, but I also don't want to spend a fortune. Any thoughts you can provide are greatly appreciated.

Also, I'm planning on painting them white, so what kind of paint is durable enough, yet gives a nice look? Dupli-Color, or something as simple as Tremclad?

Thanks!

I have the grills from p5online. Those are ****. I thought that they repalced the black all together but they dont, just rest on top. The shape of the mesh contrasts with that of the black ones. From far away I like the look but close its total crap. I never installed it so it just sits in the trunk. 40 bucks wasted.

Till the day i die my mission is not 2 let another p5 owner buy the at grills, they are crap. I had the same experience as Mxyzptlk, but i paid $70. Do a search (at grills) and u can probably find some more reasons 2 stay away from that chicken wire.

dont get atgrills, period. anyhow, any paint should work, maybe use rustoleum to prevent rusting, but other than that, any paint...ok, now...i say spend the 50bucks, it'll be way better than 70 sent to atgrills

I have been looking for the mesh gutter guards but every place I tried only has plastic gutter guards. I still have a few places I am going to look. But I did find some mesh that is made for grill inserts that you can buy at http://www.jcwhitney.com for $30. I figured I would rather keep trying to find a place with the gutter guards because it is so much cheaper.

Same for me.

I managed to find some Aluminium gutter guard, so it was allready silver on one side. took me about an hour in total to do all the spots even the bottom.

Blue ledZ,

Where might I find it up here in Canada? We don't have ACE, but would Home Depot or Revy carry stuff like that? I'm sure even Home Hardware might even have that stuff... Any ideas?

A lot of people said they got theirs at home depot or lowes. I tried both places and both only had plastic gutter guards. I am going to try ace later today.
