New Gauges

How hard is it to install new gauges? I have very little experience installing auto mechanics or electronics, and I was wondering if it would be feasible to do it myself, or if it would be better to have it done somewhere else. If I were to do it somewhere else, does anyone have any suggestion on where to go, or about what the installation might be? Thank you!

Are you talking about a complete new cluster, or just new gauge faces? More details please!
