New Fog Light Bulb Advice Needed

I just completed the 10 minute fog light mod this weekend. It looks nice but I want to get brighter H3 bulbs. Any advice on which bulbs are best and bright. I was kinda thinking the yellow would look cool. I know some of you out there have tried this, but I also want the better visibility as well. Please if you have any advice on both hyper white and yellow bulbs.

Try a auto parts store like AutoZone. They should have them.

Here a site that sells them. Search yahoo/google for "sylvania silver star bulbs". That all I did and got numerous results.

Good-Luck

I just ordered my Silver Star H7 lights...and I am worried that it would look really bad with the stock fog lights. White and yellow? Wierd.....Anyway...with the sylvania 100w am i going to get a hyper white bulb? I am looking for a good quality bulb...Thanks

how did you order h7 silver star bulbs when they don't make them??? the H3 silvania 100 watt bulbs are the same color as stock, just twice as bright...when you say fog light mod, i assume you bent the plate up? silvania is a good quality bulb. white bulbs at protege5onlie.com mitch sells all the bulbs here. i went back to the 55 watt fog bulbs to see if that was causing me to burn out 2 H7 bulbs amonth. i have white lights with the yellow fogs and it looks alright, i mean i would love to have white fogs, but i can't afford them yet.

edit: also with having white bulbs or even blue bulbs, having the stock color fog bulbs help alot when it rains or its fogy

www.powerbulbs.com is where I got my H7 bulbs. Free shipping. Runs about 65CDN.

Edit: SilverStars aren't available in H3..sorry I thought they did have them.

watch your wattage on the bulbs, don't get a 100 watt bulb if the housing and wiring that your foglights came with is rated at 55 watts.
peace

My bad. I originally posted the wrong link. I have fixed it but, the place I linked to has them listed as available but, after a closer look you can't buy them. Oh well. That's why I always go with PIAA. They make a bulb for everything you would ever need
