Just wondering what everyone thought bout these little things.... I know they are illegal but hey everything pretty much is illegal in PA.

I thought you all would call it RICED OUT but I guess the illegal part I really over looked!

What part of PA are you from?? I'm from Central PA. Around here though we *can* have neons on our cars, so long as they aren't on when the car is in motion. I think they're still illegal, but the cops don't seem to mind if we're not buzzing around with them on.
