My LX/MP3 Ponderings....
Hey all.
Just got onto this board and I must say it is good.
Anyways, I have a 01 Protege LX 2.0. Last week I got nailed from the front. Byebye front end. It wasn't my fault and the other persons insurance is paying.
I was planning on getting the MP3 bumper in the future anyways. And since this accident I can get the MP3 bumper by just paying the difference from the original bumper [the insurance will cover the cost of a new bumper but obviously not the cost of a more expensive bumper].
What I'm asking is: Is the ES foglight wiring built into the LX harness as well? If it is, I'm guessing I can run the MP3 foglights through that same wiring that the stock ES foglights would run through. If it's not, does anyone have any ideas on what to do, or has someone done it already?
Also any idea on the difference in cost of the bumpers and the foglights?
