Mtx 81000d

I'm seriously thinking of getting the MTX 81000D to power my 2 12" kicker comp vr. I'm currently running a Hi-fonics Zeus Z700, but it's underpowered for my subs. I have a 1 farad cap and was planning on using both amps, one for the subs and the other for the door speakers, which are stock for the moment.

I've heard that the 81000D will be overkill for my subs, is that true?
Will I have a lot of negative affects on my charging system by running 2 amps?
Will I need to get another cap?

Your comments and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I agree with blue LEDz, because i have a 81000d ran at 4 ohms (500 watts) and it will push my 15 hard as h*ll. It actually ripped the surround on the first one I had. later james.

Price

$699.00!!!!!

That's a lot of money to pay just to get a cap for $1.00. Ebay has this same amp going for about $380.00 shipped. If I do decide to buy this amp I'll be buying it there.
