MP3 lip spoiler?

Hey all, I was at the dealer last night as when I picked up my P5, I had recalled seeing a blue 4 door. I started surfing here and realized that that was the MP3 that everyone talks about. So I went back just to check it out.

I'm interested in the small black diffuser below the lip. Anyone know what this part goes for from Mazda or is it available after market?

Thanks!

Where is your dealer? They had a MP3 still? DO you recall the price? I believe that it is only available from Mazda. A while back someone was selling some of them. Not sure if they are still available though. goto www.mazdastuff.com and call that dealer to find out how much they sell it for. They are the cheapest that I have seen for stock parts.

Talarico Mazda in Manchester CT.

I believe it was $22 or $23k, I recall it had over $2k of dealer installed options. It had a kenwood head unit.

Speak to Mark M, he hooked me up big time.

you don't konw what the dealer installed options were do you? All of them come with the Kenwood deck, hence the name MP3. I can't believe that they still have one. They must have a huge market adjustment on it.

I just got off the phone with Mike Boyle at Talarico Mazda and he said the car has about 250-300 miles on it as it was drive from another dealer and the only option on it is the wheel locks. They are asking right at about $20K for it. The price was just reduced from 21K. I'm not interested, but whoever is here is the phone number: (603) 626-6666; ask for Mike Boyle.

Yeah, I was looking at the sticker so I don't know what the markup was or what the $2k or so in dealer installed options was.

I would have bought the damn thing if I hadn't been after my wagon.

If anyone is really interested, I can take some pics of it at some point.

Lemme know...

Mazdastuff.com has the lips available for $30.77 plus shipping.

Are you guys sure it will fit the P5's?

I'm sorry, we thought you were ordering 10 of them.

actually we thought you were referring to the rear spoiler.

The front piece is only $30.77

hmmm seems that this is the right piece according to the dealer.

I will know the part number in just a minute and then I will post it. I have been talking to this guy for most of the afternoon.

What makes you think that he doesn't know what he is talking about?
