squintz...have you gotten your seat covers? I was also curious on what color of car you have.

I know that you have a tan interior...but maybe you can find covers that will mesh the color scheme of your exterior and interior color. Something similar to the seat covers in this thread.

squintz: yes i am very happy! i used a hellva lot of black magic (same as armor all) on them and now they are squeaky

foxymazda: yes you can sit in them.,.. if your willing to drive to calgary, might be a long drive from florida. (approx 1500miles.. and thats a STRAIGHT line)

bl_protege: the fit is kinda off since these are universal so i forced them to fit right . i heard alot of ppl complaining the back doesn't go on right, i didn't really have a problem though.

the patches are avalible from cmack? or whatever his name is.. i gotta look it up

i havent ordered any yet. i have a white exterior. i actually dont think the black/gray would look half bad. better than what i have right now anyway.

FoxyMazda: they are about $52USD shipped to my door (no charge from customs!!! )the guy i got it from is off of Ebay, his UID is sticker4u, he is highly recommended in my books as he has sold many of these seat covers. you have to email him (Sticker4u Decals [sticker4u@yahoo.com]). He accepts Paypal BTW

BL_Protege: i ghetto'd the back i used a wire to go through all the loops and then i tighted it.. its pretty snug the way it is. brycer79 didn't have his as far down on the back as i did, oh BTW you have to poke holes in the seat covers

I got mine a while back but I haven't got a chance to post my pics. As soon as I get them I'll put them online. Mine are black and grey but they don't say Matrix Type X they say Sport and have 2 small grand prix flags on the front seats. I would like to get a Protege patch to cover it but it's not super ugly as is. My seat covers also differ as the front seats don't have the horizontal black section in the centre of the back support ...mine are just grey in the centre ...same as the back seats. Overall I'm very happy with them ...it does take a bit of time to get them to fit snug. Everyone who has seen them that I know has said they look sweet. I just ordered a set for my fiance's 2000 Honda Civic and my sister's 1999 Mazda 626.

you know what you could do to get them to fit snug...

put them on then like pinch up all the extra material then put a safety pin through it,, take it down to a tailor and have them tailor it up, thats what im gonna do.. just a thought

-pr5owner: did you poke holes in the back seat cover for the head rests? and, how did you make the head rest covers fit so tight?
