Mazda 3 (2004)- An issue with the radio!!!

Hello everyone,
I need ur help concerning a "problem" i have with my car's radio.

Some days ago i have notice that radio information on the screen have disappeared.
it used to display the followin "FM1 CH3 99.3" that's an example!!
the problem is that now when i turn on the radio only the frequency appear "99.3"

Does anyone knows what i should do in order to have on the screen not only the frequency but also the channel as well as the FM sign

If you used the radio to auto scan the local stations, the FM1, FM2, AM text may go away. If you hit the AM/FM button it should cycle through the different modes (FM1, FM2, AM) and display the text you're talking about. The mode button on the steering wheel should also cycle through these modes.

Does it still display the clock? Is the other smaller text still visible above the center area? Is it just the "CH1" that's missing, or the "FM1" as well?

On my car it will continually display the FM1/FM2/AM to denote which setting it is on. It will also continuously display the frequency. If I'm using a channel preset then it will denote that. So in my car on it might say "FM1 CH1 92.5". If I navigate to a channel which has a preset via either the manual tuning **** or via the auto-search it will no longer display the channel, e.g. "FM1 92.5". As far as it's concerned at that point it's just on a random station. If I hit the preset button again or scroll through the presets on the wheel it will show the channel again. I tried cycling through different settings on mine and was unable to get the band indicator to completely vanish while on the radio setting.

Does that section of the LCD work on any other settings? CD, etc.? If not then it's possible that part of the LCD is dead. If it does work then the problem is something else.

the clock is displayed. About the smaller text there is nothing. Both fm and ch are missing. Also when i change from fm1 to fm2 and vice versal i can not recognise in which fm i am because the fm1 or 2 is not displayed. If i press the am button i can see the the mw ch (i.e ch1) and frequency (i.e 938). Does it concern the rds? And if there is any relationship between the two is there any way to remove the rds?.... Is there any way to reset the radio to factory settings?
