I was wondering if anybody knows were can I get some leather seats for my MP5? I would like to get a custom job done, like black and Silver color seats.

There is a company called Classic Soft trim that is quite reputable. Thehave dealers all over the country. I have seen there work in Passats... top notch.

I'd love to do mine in charcoal leather with heavy red stitching. That would look cool in my silver Pro5.

If the dealership is asking an extra 1,500 for the upgrade, probably they get them done for half that or less. Is like the pinstripe upgrade the dealership wants an extra $300
and that's maybe $5.00 worth of pinstripe and maybe 2hrs labor if that much.

Here are some leather seats in an MP3 that were done for a dealer by a local shop around that dealer, I'm not for sure where it was done.

I know for the Passat, from Classic Soft Trim, it was in the $1000-$1200 range for full leather. That includes door panels and the backs of the front seats.

Local dealer here has a few Pro5's with leather - really nice, Ithink they were two-tone, but only a subtle difference between colors, like charcoal and black. They're perforated leather, with the "Protege5" logo (like on the hatch) stitiched into the seatbacks - they look REAL nice.

I was quoted $1200, front and rear (no emblem in the rears), and an extra $300 for seat heaters. Not too bad, they looked top-notch, and the logos were a real nice touch.

Check with the dealer, then maybe go get some custom prices. But the dealer price wasn't too outrageous for what I saw.

Sound like the exact same ones I have in my MP5, Black with Silver Perforated centers, and pro5 embroidered into them....they are awesome quality, and they come from Katskinz....I highly recommend these seats.....very classy
