i love this HU. It has a 50x4 output, d-mask, detachable face w/ 3 pre outs. A full 3d mega motion display and it reads MP3s. Has anyone had similar experiences with Kenwoods?

We have that unit on display and it is pretty sweet. I have always been a big fan of Kenwood. The only thing I don't like is their buttons keep getting smaller and smaller each year.

I believe I have that head unit. I don't know the model number off hand, but mine fits that description.

I just got my P5, so I haven't had it installed in there yet. I love it, it looks great, and has all the necesary jacks (3 preouts). I'm just trying to figure out what I want to do with it. I'm thinking about having it installed in the glove box so it looks like I just have a stock hu.

Does anybody know if 6.5" speakers will fit in the door panels of a new (02) p5? I'd like to upgrade those as well, and I have a pair of Rockford 6.5 separates.

So, how would opinions go on this Kenwood deck? I currently have a P5 with a JVC KD-LH2000 MP3 headunit installed. It has 3 preouts, changer control, 50wx4, nice screen, low/mid/high EQ, etc...etc...etc. I plan on getting a MS Protege when they are released next month...should I swap the decks and keep the JVC or stay with the Kenwood. Which is better? Any thoughts? Thanks, guys...
