Gonna be a stupid question.... but... i know some people have painted the headlights all black themselves and it looks real good... but do anybody have actual pictures of the JDM headlights? I was just wondering, cause a guy I know at my work, he bought JDM headlights for his Predule for $800, and the best part is it comes with the HID kits... so I thought if it's the same issue, then it'll be cool as hell........... and a sweet ******' deal.

 

the LAST thing you ever want to do is to obtain JDM headlights and put them in your car....

the reason....in japan they drive on the WRONG side of the road...thus the headlight reflectors are made to reflect light in the WRONG direction....you would be blinding everyone on the road.

if you want to UPGRADE to headlights that are better...and made for our cars....what you want to do is to get the EUROPEAN versions.....where they are made properly for cars ment to be driven on the right hand side of the road.

 

...But then you can't go HID anyway because only the J-spec reflectors are designed with HID's, and the euro lights will give a horrible beam pattern if used with HIDs.

 

Alright, it's a good thing I asked about it. It would have been a sweet deal, though.... but ah, I'll have to find time to paint my headlights, and get the Catz HIDs. Thanks guys for input.
