You'd probably have an easier time removing your stock panel and just making boxes from it. It's much easier/cheaper(less materials)/more accurate(a copy of a copy is generally not as sharp as the original) I tried the mold idea as I had originally planned to make lots of boxes, but by like the third box, the mold was so worked from prepping it and seperating it from the box over and over again, that it no longer made accurate boxes. Granted my mold was not very strong, but I was trying to make my project profitable by not using an excess of materials actually making the mold. I figured it would be at least as strong as the stock panel, but as it turns out, the plastic stock panel is a little more resiliant and forgiving than an equally thick fiberglass version because the plastic is kinda pliable. When you try to bend fiberglass, it cracks. I'd recommend making cardboard templates of each piece of your framework so you can duplicate them over and over again (especially if you have a router table), then assemble your frames, mask your panel, set your framework into your panel, 'glass it up, pop it out, do the next one and so forth until you have as many enclosure rears as you want. then just make up some rings, space them off the backs, wrap them all with whatever mold fabric you like, glass the fronts and you can do however many boxes you want at a time. Sorry to be so wordy, but this is the method that I have found to make the most boxes the easiest way with the least amount of materials. The only issue after that is getting enough peple to buy them to make it worth your while to build them. Hope this helps

Dave and others with an interest. Due to other obligations, the install was put on hold. I do plan on working on it some more this Holiday week and will post more pics as I do. I will post here when they are. THanks for showing an interest.
