They are selling them for $220

Those are sooo bitchin'!

Is that for all 4 or is it just the 2 front? I should just buy them before they stop production on them so I can put it on my p5 when I buy one in the spring

Remeber to ask them the total price for whole set (2 front and 2 rear)

If the price is right, I would be in the group buy
They're INDIGLO - meaning - no bulb...

You're stuck with the only colors that can be produced with Indiglo which is shades between green and blue.

Hey Sandman,

There is a company in the US that makes light sabre replicas using indiglo material for the blade and the colours they have are the traditional indiglo blue as well as red, purple, and green.

So theoretically they could make these sills in any of these colours.

Just thought you should know.

Actually what they probably use are EL Sheets. http://www.beingseen.com/faqsheets.html
http://world-electroluminescent.com/index.html

EVEN if the door sills use something different, it would be very easy to replace the indiglo with an EL sheet...which are avalible in several different colors:

Deep-Sea Blue
Bright Red
Lightning Green
Gleaming White
Electric Yellow
Ice Blue

There ya go.

Jay

PS- Here are some other products people MIGHT be interested in...

I found this site from the "other" board. Are these guys the manufacturers? Doesn't have much info, but there's some pics. I personally would be interested in the non-illuminated ones.

I though EL was indiglo?

indiglo is like the kleenex of the EL world i think..

Anyway, Jay and Neuro - thanks for the info.. Up untill now i thought that EL/Indiglo was only available in shades between green and blue..

SWEET..

Okay so I contacted Stephen of WWW Trading and he will be making a presentation to all the Mazda dealers in Edmonton next week. So it seems that other Mazda dealers, other than Calgary, will have access to these door sills. I spoke to Jim at Jarman Mazda here in Edmonton and he confirmed that yes he has a meeting set up with him. He is waiting until then to determine the retail price.

Also, as you can see from the web site, the manufacturer in Taiwan also makes these sills for other vehicles so I would think very shortly that every dealer, no matter the brand name, in Canada would be aware of the sills.

Also, wwwtrading is the exclusive distributor for this product for Canada, so any contact with the company in Taiwan would be rerouted to WWW trading, I would think.

So the bottom line is I can get my sills from Jarman when they establish a price. Cool

I also posted this in the other tread going on this subject (hmmm, what's up with that?). The moderators should somehow merge these two. Oh well.

The episode with Scott Thompson as the Blow Job Fairy was one of the funniest things I've ever seen in my life.

But I'm strange like that!
