mine won't have the MP5... I saw them on e-bay for the blue and black and even the yellow and black blus yellow pedals but we already have new pedals and they are porbably better than those ones.. seeing how they are chargin 5 bucks for for the covers + pedals.. or maybe they are just some kinda cover, 'cause it says pedal covers but I have ber jsut seen covers..

Hi guys - Just curious - since I too am considering this inexpensive alternative to leather - how will this affect side impact airbag deployment? I assume that since the bags are deployed from the seats themselves, that a cover will hinder its intended performance. Let me know what you think.

In Canada we don't have side airbags in the P5 to worry about!

Brycer, how much was the final cost to you after shipping and everything? Being in Edmonton as well, our costs would likely be the same!

What are these covers made of? Are they a tight fit, or loose fit (not really custom?)

Hey if you guys are looking for a cheap alternative. A friend of mine (Also a P5 owner ) told me about some wicked cheap seat covers at Walmart of all places. He has a Red P5 and the covers look wicked. I just picked some up the other day and will get them installed this weekend and post some pics.

They come in red/black, blue/black, yellow/black, and grey/black. They are made by R Racing and in Canada go for about $20 a piece. They're model #303/404 (I think)..

WEll after shipping and paying a bit more for using paypal (I didn't wwant to wait) I think it was like 86 buck canadian... but I will still have to pay customs when I pick them up next week..

I am not sure of the fit yet because htey are just on the wqay now but I will update. and as far as what they are made of, They are thin, but tough. They are vinyl, but are soft, not sticky or plastic-feeling. at least thats what Syzygy said in his post..

Can you get some more info about these seat covers? Are they available in Walmart in the US? I dont think there is a company called R Racing, since I couldnt find any info on www.google.com Any more information would be appreciated.

there not exactly the ones he is talking about but where it says elite the actually have R Racing instead but they are xactly the same other than that, i dont have pics but they also have floormats that match they all look good IMHO.

Looks nice, but where did you get them? How much? I am also looking for a rear seat cover. It doesnt have to be 10/40 split, or fancy. Its to keep my dogs from messing my seats up!

got em at walmart man, $20.00 per cover along with some great floormats IMHO not a ton of money look nice and help keep my ride in good shape

They dont have anything for the back so maybe these ebay ones would be good to go with i like the look of them as well.
