How do you change Roof Rack ???

How do you change Roof Rack ???
Ok how do you mount the strips that replace the roof rack ??
I got the strips from Mazda, after 3 tries.
Now I have no mounting hardware.
There is a pin on the car at the front and a clip about 6" back.
After that there is nothing.
What holds down the back ???
What fills the holes ??
How ????
