Help with a tach. meter

Hi,

I hope you guys can help me on this.............

Well I need some tips and help on installing a tach. meter on my Protege LX '00. I wanted to try it for fun, but I had a feeling it wont be fun damaging this thing that doesn't have a scratch b4.. I hope you guys know what I mean. So I came here for your very cool and fabolous help you guys may have... Anyways I would really appreciate for your guys help and tips whatever that may be =)..

Not a problem guy....but we need a little more information....

exactly what about the install do you need help with?

the physical part of where to attache it to?

or how to hook it up?

give us a hint.

I thought LX had a tach... you can switch the instrument clusters on our first gens though, think you guys can do it too. Problem is you get a different mileage odometer.

Well I'm thinking of how I can put the tach w/o bending the needles or someting that might affect the needle... And the wiring I'm kind a confused wit it' I don't how where I suppose to put it. Sorry I've never done this before........ So think can on this ....?
