Guage Bezels

I have a Gen 3 Pro. and am planning on installing a guage cover. I was just wondering how to get the black plastic and the plexiglass off the instrument column (I just went out to the car and it didnt look too easy) I'd appreciate any help or tips. Thanks plenty. -Clark
