front bumper

Has anyone out there tried to fit a front bumper designed for another car onto a 2nd gen. I want to upgrade my front facia, but for the Erebuni you have to remove the bumper reinforcements, which is illegal. I don't really like the Mazdaspeed front facia either. The J-spec from Corksport looks ok to me. But i want to know if anyone out there has tried anything different.

A guy in Philipines, I think, put a civic bumper on his 95-96 pro, and some one else put the whole civic front end in his pro. Nothing is impossible, you know, as long as you have a big wallet. I am thinking of getting a J-spec bumper too. I like much better then the current one.
