Has anybody tryed wireing up the fog lights so you are able to turn them on without the headlights?
im thinking of tackling this job...just woundering if anbody has any advice.
i would like to be able to turn on my driveing lights and fog lights for dusk and dawn driveing...

Yes it's possible and I know of at least three ways to do it. These ways involve:
method 1: cutting one wire from the fuse box and tapping it off another, switch works whenever car is on (or with parking lights depending on how you wire it)
method 2: taps a wire in the steering column and runs it to the fog relay in the engine compt. Then you tap the signal wire off of an empty fuse slot. Switch works whenever the car is on, and fogs will stay on for ~10 seconds after the ignition is turned off.
method 3: Just runs a single wire from one fuse slot to another (removes relay) and the fogs are on at all times with the ignition.... the switch does nothing.
