How are silver needles going to work? Even if you paint them, they won't light up at night...

I got mine yesterday and installed them that same evening. Took less than 30 minutes. Most of the time was used to clean the clear acrylic cover and to find a screw that dropped into the wires underneath the steering wheel.

Put a towel over the steering column as this helps prevent scratches during the install.

Looks very nice. The night mode looks brighter because light reflects of the rings. It has a weird mirror effect that's going to get used to, but all-in-all a solid buy.

It seems the quality of the product is stealing the thunder away from the exemplary service and care I got with the order. You will be delighted ordering from DaveB.

Thumbs up

DaveB is the Best.

Hey Dave,

Are you still trying to make foot pedals for the 5-speed proteges?
I really would like a set!

I will take her word on that.

We can measure the pedal when we meet in Columbus. Is there a date yet?

Another vote

Here's another vote for Dave and the customer service. I saw this thread and emailed him asking if he had any left. Within a few quick emails we had the details hammered out.

Later that night I got a phone call from Dave making sure the address and everything was ok. We ended up chatting about a bunch of stuff for quite a while.

If anyone is even remotely interested I say go for it. It's gonna look great, isn't expensive and comes with some of the best customer service I've seen. I mean really.... I live in Canada, Dave is in Ohio. He called just to make sure I would be happy.

Thanks dave and keep up the good work. Again if I can help with the manual pedals let me know. I checked and we have a copy of AutoCAD and I might be able to test some deisgns if you can code them.

Here's the finished product. Looks just like everyone else's.

They took about 15 minutes to install and half the time was spent on the damn harnesses.
