Factory side/rear skirt material

I just bought the Mazda side/rear skirts to put on my ES. According to the various dealer sites I went to, they say the parts are urethane. Looking at them in person, they appear to me to be FRP or some other similar material. Anyone know for sure? I want to make sure I get the proper flex additive to the paint if they are urethane, or leave it out if they aren't.
