Just pay a visit to any sign shop and buy a pice big enough to make a couple of sets. I got my material for free just for asking.

Here is a long shot of my car and a close-up of the eyelid. My eyelid is rather mild compared to some I've seen but I wanted to make sure it didn't interfere with the light output.

I made a pattern for this. I could try and scan it and make it available for download some place?

The vinyl I have is almost a perfect match. Guess I just got lucky. It's Avery material, I don't know if the 3M stuff is as good a match.

With the lights on the vinyl becomes translucent and gives a neat effect, kind of glows. I'm sure this isn't something everyone would like but I do.

Yeh, some of the Tenzos are real nice and almost all of them are available in white. Most of them have 42mm offset so they will fit exactly like mine which is pushing the limit but I've had absolutely no problems even with the Eibach springs.

I dunno I'm confused by this whole "eylelid" thing. I mean I went to some drag/show thingy last weekend and there were all kinds of stupid looking Volkswagons that had that ****. Every body though it was the hype ****, and I was I think the only one going WTF? Why are they there? It looks kinda, uhh tacky, I guess is the word, I mean there were even ******* there who had like fiberglass ones, and carbon fibers ones, and I was like "seriously dude, WTF?" I don't get it, what's the purpose of them? They don't really make the car look nicer, it just looks like the headlights are missing their tops. But like I've said before, my taste is kinda odd anyway with all the Psychopathic **** on the Juggalo Wagon. Oh well, the red stuff does match nicely on that red one.

I think most people put them on to make the car appear more aggresive. I have seen nice ones and seen ones that made me say "WTF". But I am thinking of getting a pair, or maybe just making some if I cant find some to my liking.

Oh, OK more aggressive, errrm well I'll try to think of that next time I see a car with those things on em. Maybe it'll make sense. Oh and I almost forgot, Foster... uhh what's up with that big *** "mazda" banner? Are you worried people might mistake your car for a Toyota Matrix or sumthin? I mean , no **** its a mazda.

It's there because I like it.

Why do you have a "big ***" jpeg in your signature? Same reason I'll bet. Are you afraid someone will mistake you for some other Sweedenhouse? I mean, no **** you are Sweedenhouse.

Yeah! Personal preference and variety that's where it's at.

It would be really boring if we all showed up on cruise night driving the exact same cars.

I may not like what someone has done to their ride but I support them because they're an enthusiast just like me.

Hey "djhyper" nice job!! Any rubbing problems with the wheel/ride height set-up?

I'm just givin ya ****, cause its like those good ole boys with their jacked up monster trucks that have a big "4 X 4" on the windshield for a banner, like duh. I dunno man I just think most people will know its a mazda, and it doesn't really need a big advertisement up there. As for my sig, well its not bigass, and its there to represent the wicked **** with second of six Joker's Cards. And for me being Sweedenhouse, uhh well no of course its me? Its just some dumbass wrestler's name I picked from ICP's Stranglemanina.
