Thanks for the quick answer, I think it would have saved us both time if you'd say Yes or NO! Plus, where does it give me the answer? Quote me the line where it says it will fit or not.

I agree. Good salespeople aren't bitchy to potential customers who haven't decided whether or not to buy. Plus the answer is not there.

Um, sedans do not have the same headlights as the Protegé5. I would assume that the outer surface is the same shape, but that has certainly not been stated explicitly.

on topic

please everyone stop arguing for the point of arguing.... text messages can often be missinterpreted, mine was not meant to be bitchy... but the answer IS there... on page two there is a whole discussion where i state that they are for protege5's (maybe not in direct terms but none the less) and i also stated that if you did drive a protege in sydney id be happy to test on them....

i hope this solves some questions... they are moulded specifically for the 323 astina sp20/protege5 headlights, if you think they would fit i can more than happily sell you some but i cannot guarantee that they fit =( sorry....

all it takes is someone in sydney =( then everyones happy

That was an entirely different conversation altogether. That was about Icynelly's question about 99 - 00 sedans, which has headlights with obviously differing shape from both the 01+ sedans and wagons.
And no, I'm not arguing for the sake of arguing. You told Kopp to read before he posted, but you did not do that very thing. Look at his signature. He has an 03 ES Sedan. Therefore his question was not answered anywhere above.

Thanks nate for being observant. I wish someone in ausieland would test them on an 01-03 sedan, he could have a lot more potential buyers, I guess it's his lost.

Could you snap a pic at night with the headlights on? Wondering if you get any bleeding through or any lines of light at the top.

I'll take the free set and tell you if it fits a sedan

That wouldn't help the 99-00 drivers though

haha you willing to drive the car here? if so im more than willing... need to make some slight amphibious car mods first...=p

yes there is an ever so sligh bleed at the top of the inside corner... where the eye lids meet the middle and a slight bleed where they meet the side.. couldnt really be helped without making them much bigger, killing the look... i tried but it looks bad... dont notice it though... only reaslly up close... the backing of the headlight is so shiney it reflects even on the edges where there is actually no headlight cavity...

I just meant I would be the guinea pig for 01+ sedans, using your P5 mould, to verify that it fits. How about 50% off and I'll pay shipping?

A pic would help, if it's not too much trouble.
