Why the heck is APC so slow in making/releasing their parts?

I want to pick up their carbon fiber taillights, but they are on backorder, and they told me via email that it won't be another 3-4 weeks till they possibly have them ready to ship.

Got into a tiny accident, (my dad ran into me, lol)

Car has already been fixed, cept for the light, and since he's paying for it, I figure carbon fibers... =)

 

because APC sucks. you know the third graders are all in school right now. who do you think puts this **** together? hence why everything APC i own.. sucks *****. my CF mirrors shake when driving which makes them semi-USELESS other than the fact that they look cool. and my cf tail lights won't be going back on because of the condensation built up in them.

 

Did any of you seal the taillights before putting them on? I know you shouldn't have to, but just wondering?

When I wrote to APC I asked about some issue regarding the taillights fogging up, here is their response:
