      Very nice.. I was thinking of doing something similar. Can you still get to your spare rather easily or at all?

      It sounds very loud. I got 3 place at a tweeter show with 145.6 db. I could be louder too if my box was ported but it wouldn't look as nice. The guy that got first place got 150.5 db with L7's in a ported box and the second winner only beat me by .5 bd and he was also ported. So I am happy with what I got cause I didn't spend that much and mu set up looked micer then theirs.

      The install was made by my friend so all I had to do was buy the materials and the stuffs.

      JCV head unit $250
      Clarion TV $300
      PS2 $150
      two Infinity components @ $140 each = $280
      both Viper amps (1200 & 400 watts) $610
      two 12" Kicker L5 (including 5 year warranty) $360
      Monster Cap (1 farat) $80
      cables and wires $60-80
      materials (wood, tweed, nails, fiber glass to seal box ...) $110

      total=$2200-2220

      I know that if they were ported they would hit more and louder, but it wouldn't look as nice.

      The pics don't work for me, but are the subs facing up? I think I saw this car on sounddomain. If this is what I am thinkin of, I would put the ports on the far sides of the box, at the very end ...you could do two smaller ones, just not circle PVC ones.
