Well, thinking we were going to have pillar pods by now, I decided to put the tach on the center so it would not interfere with the pillar pods. I couldnot wait any longer so I put the gauges under the radio.

In regards to the e-brake handle, I checked the Momo application guide, and they don't have an adapter for the Protege, but they say that some adapters can be made to work on other cars with some modification, etc. What application did you buy the adapter & boot for?

By the way, good job! It looks great!

I cant find the little box it came in, my dealer got everything for me. But they do make the perfect adapter.

hey do the protege 5's have the buttons on the shift ***** on the automatics cuz my g'friends gonna get an integra and it has to be automatic and the shifter has a button that you have to press in order to change gears. If the Proteges have the buttons also how did u put the **** on it? i would appreciate u letting me know cuz that looks phat........or wait skinny.....no wit its chunky, yeah thats the cool one all the "cool" kids are saying now'a'days.

If you get the Sportmatic, then there is no button. If you get the 2002 P5 with the regular automatic shifter, then yes there is a button on the handle. You have to disassemble the overdrive button wiring and remove it. That is the little red button, O/D.

Allright the 'teg doesnt have a o/d button on the T-handle, so i guess i'm just gonna have to get another t handle and put a boot on it. It'll look better than the bar sticking up. Thanks tho.
