Cleaner Valve Cover
I have a pressure washer sittin out in the shed
and I was wondering if were to spray the cover on full blast with
some engine degreaser sprayed on, if I would be able to tell the difference? Has anyone tried this before and gotten
good results?
Im just trying to keep from sanding and polishing it for now.
Pretty dirty.

If you are going to clean your engine bay, cover your alternator with a plastic grocery bag so it doesnt get wet. Also, if you have a filter on/intake, dont spray the filter and try not to DIRECTLY spray water at your sparkplug holes...that is bad!

I wouldn't suggest it
One time I just washed the motor off and left the water sitting on the cover and it leaked into the sparkplug enclosure.. She started to misfire until all the water finally evaporated

I would recomend just using some simple green to clean the engine bay .. It works wonders and I also got this idea from Wil(groharlem)
