Automatic temperature control

On the FAQ there is a picture of a Familia with an automatic temperature control. Does anyone know if an 02 ES can use this part? Part number? price? I know it sounds stupid, but it is a nice little feature.

If you had a way of aquiring all the pieces needed, it could be done...But not for cheap...I think so anyway...
