Audio Wiring Colors

Anyone have a either a pinout diagram or a list of the wire colours for the audio in the 3? Basically I am going to run my amp off the back speakers. So I really need to know the colours of the back speaker wires and which is - and + so I can run those to my amp ?

Anyone know??
