audio conversion plate

not really sure what i am looking for here but there has been a problem brought up by a dealer that i have talked to. i have purchased a set of component speakers by diamond audio and the main woofer is 6in. however the protege front is (i think) 5x7. im sure the 6in will not just pop in. does anyone know where i could find a conversion plate...or even a better way to deal with this problem? thanks

Just make your own adapter plate out of 1/2" MDF or even plywood.
